Terms and Conditions

Shipping: Orders  ship on Wednesday and Friday of each week. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact info@intimatelyjoy.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves my studio. Please let me know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

I send most international packages UPS. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. You can see the total landed cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at  Intimate  Joy have no control over these circumstances. 

 Intimate  Joy  products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, they will be replaced or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to  Intimate  Joy within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at info@intimatelyjoy.com for further details. 

Due to restrictions caused by coronavirus, we cannot currently accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
